“Samsung’s Galaxy M10s is a minor upgrade over the Galaxy M10”

Samsung’s Galaxy M10s is among the number of upcoming M series handsets set to launch in India. In fact, Samsung is already on track to announce the Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A50s in the coming days but there’s no word on the Galaxy M10s launch date. However, a leaked manual belonging to the Galaxy M10s has leaked today on Samsung’s official website, spilling the beans on its design and a few other hardware aspects. The Korean company should announce the phone before Diwali. Meanwhile, the Galaxy M30s should go official on September 18th with a mammoth 6,000mAh battery.

Coming to the phone manual leak, the Infinity-V Display of the handset comes into full view as well as the dual rear camera setup. The handset also has a USB Type-C port, which is surprising, and a rear fingerprint reader. The phone’s manual also tells us of a present 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio, and a dedicated microSD card slot. On the audio front, the affordable Galaxy M10s supports Dolby Atmos. Besides that, Gadgets 360 states that the Galaxy M10s will boast an AMOLED panel, quoting Asim Warsi, Senior Vice President, Smartphone Business, Samsung India.

The official also said that the budget handset with a 4,000mAh battery is aimed at the sub-Rs 10,000 bracket in which it will compete with the likes of the Redmi Note 7. The leaked manual doesn’t help in identifying other vital specifications but according to Geekbench, the handset might very well be equipped with Android 9.0 Pie, Exynos 7885 SoC, and 3GB of RAM. Samsung will also be reportedly launching a new variant of the Galaxy M10 along with the Galaxy M10s but exact details are not known yet. Samsung is also expanding its A series of phones with the Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30s launch tomorrow.
