The latest M-series phone comes with several improvements over last year’s Samsung Galaxy M11, chief among them is the 90Hz display. The Samsung Galaxy M12 is the first M-series offering from the brand to come with a high screen refresh rate. Samsung Galaxy M12 specifications also include True 48MP Quad Cam, Exynos 850 SoC, a 6,000mAh battery, more. As for the design, the phone sports an Infinity-V display and a square-shaped camera module.

Samsung Galaxy M12 price in India is set at Rs 10,999 for the base 4GB RAM+64GB storage variant. The phone’s 6GB RAM+128GB storage option is priced at Rs 13,499. The Samsung Galaxy M12 sale in India will start March 18th via Amazon India, Samsung E-store, and leading retail outlets. The phone is available in Blue, Black, and White colour options.

The Samsung Galaxy M12 comes with dual SIM support and runs Android 11-based One UI out of the box. The handset sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display that bears a V-shaped notch atop, 90Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla 3. The phone is powered by 8nm 4G-capable Exynos 850 SoC paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB user-expandable storage (up to 256GB). The handset is driven by a beefy 6,000mAh battery coupled with a 15W fast charging solution over a Type-C port.
In the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy M12 employs what the company calls True 48MP quad-camera setup. The system includes a 48MP ISOCELL GM2 primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, and a couple of 2MP snappers for depth and macro shots. At the front, the phone features an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The handset also packs a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. Other features include Dolby Atmos support, Widevine L1 certification for HD content, and standard connectivity options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS/ GLONASS.
