“Samsung Galaxy M21 may come with up to 128GB internal storage, while Galaxy M11 and M31 will launch in new colour options”
Samsung is working on a new M series smartphone, the Galaxy M21, which is expected to be announced in Q1 2020. According to a new report, this smartphone carries the model number SM-M215F and will be available with 64GB/128GB storage. The M21 will be the successor to the Galaxy M20, which only offers a maximum of 64GB storage and a base option of 32GB storage. Samsung has seen great success with the Galaxy M series, especially in India. The report has also revealed colour options for the Galaxy M21, Galaxy M31, and the Galaxy M11.
Samsung Galaxy M21 is going to be another mid-range device and is expected to be powered by the Exynos 9610/9611 chipset. It could also feature a triple-rear camera setup and should run Android 10 based OneUI. For now, that’s all we know about the new budget smartphone from Samsung. As per SamMobile, the phone will be available in a new ‘Green’ colour option other than the usual Black and Blue choices.
The report further mentions new colour options for the Galaxy M11 and Galaxy M31. The budget Samsung Galaxy M11 will be available in a violet option, whereas the Galaxy M31 will get a red colour variant. However, these colour options could change before launch, so take this with a pinch of salt. Previous rumours have suggested that the Galaxy M31 could be powered by the Snapdragon 665 chipset with 6GB RAM. It is expected to feature a 48-megapixel main sensor that would be part of the triple-rear camera setup.
It is possible that Samsung would launch the Galaxy M11 and M21 towards the end of this month or early February. The current Galaxy M10 and M20 were launched in late January last year. Coming to the Galaxy M31, this phone could arrive a little later than the other models.
