After the global unveiling last month, Samsung has announced its flagship Galaxy S10 smartphone lineup in India. The lineup comes in three models — the entry-level Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+ (review) – the most premium smartphone in the lot. The handsets price in India starts at Rs 55,900, and they go for sale in the country from March 8th onwards. Those who have pre-ordered the devices, deliveries will begin from today.
Samsung has also introduced a bunch of offers with the trio of Galaxy S10 smartphones, which the potential buyers can avail. Notably, the chaebol also took the wraps off its latest accessories – Galaxy Buds (for Rs 9,990), Galaxy Watch Active, and Galaxy Fit wearable – at the event.
Samsung Galaxy S10 price, launch offers
Starting with Galaxy S10e, the handset has been priced at Rs 55,900 for the lone 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. Its elder sibling the Galaxy S10 will be shipped with two RAM and storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 512GB, priced at Rs 66,900 and Rs 84,900, respectively. As for the colour options: the Galaxy S10e will be available in Prism White and Prism Black shades, while the S10 comes in Prism Black, Prism White, and Prism Blue hues.
The premium Galaxy S10+ smartphone ships with three configurations. The base 8GB + 128GB variant in Prism Black, Prism White, and Prism Blue colour options cost Rs 73,900. While the 8GB + 512GB and 12GB + 1TB options will set you back to Rs 91,900 and Rs 1,17,900, respectively. They both will come in Ceramic White and Ceramic Black colours. The smartphones will be available via Amazon India, Flipkart, Airtel in-store and offline stores.
As for the launch offers:
- Customers who have pre-booked the Galaxy S10 trio can own the new Galaxy Buds at Rs 2,999 or Galaxy Watch at Rs 9,999. The two devices separately cost Rs 9,990 and rs 29,990 respectively. The pre-booking is open until March 7th
- Customers will get an upgrade bonus of up to Rs 15,000 in lieu of their old smartphones
- Cashback of up to Rs 6,000 on making the purchase using HDFC cards
- Airtel 4G benefits up to Rs 3,600
- Jio benefits up to Rs 14,997
- Vodafone Netflix subscription worth Rs 6,000
Samsung Galaxy S10 specifications
To recall, all the three Galaxy S10 devices pack Samsung’s ‘Dynamic’ AMOLED Infinity O display with a piercing for selfie camera at the top-right corner and HDR10+ support. While the Galaxy S10e flaunts a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, the S10 and the S10 Plus boast of an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the devices are powered by the same 8nm Exynos 9820 chipset, offers wireless charging, at least dual rear cameras, and tons of other interesting features.
