“Samsung Galaxy S11 with model number SM-G986B has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing some of its key specifications”
Samsung Galaxy S11 design was leaked via CAD-based render last week. Now, an upcoming Samsung smartphone with model number SM-G986B has surfaced on Geekbench – this model number has long been associated with the Samsung Galaxy S11. Therefore, the new listing has revealed what are likely to be the key Samsung Galaxy S11 specifications. These include the Exynos 9830 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and Android 10. Exynos 9830 is actually the Exynos 990, which is the 7nm flagship chipset with integrated 5G modem made on the EUV process that Samsung announced a few months ago.
The Geekbench listing reveals the Samsung Galaxy S11 will have eight cores and a clock speed of 1.95GHz. As mentioned above, the chipset will be paired with a whopping 12GB of RAM, expected to be the highest RAM variant. As expected, Android 10 will be part of the package out of the box, likely with One UI 2.0. With this configuration, the Samsung Galaxy S11 Geekbench score is listed as 427 in single-core test and 2,326 in multi-core test. This is surprisingly low for a 2020 premium flagship smartphone; thereby, we would advise you to take the news with a pinch of salt.
