Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G and 5G variants receive Bluetooth SIG certification

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 FE “Fan Edition” has been receiving all the necessary certifications ahead of launch. Previously called the Galaxy S20 Lite, the smartphone was spotted at the 3C certification in August and also appeared on Geekbench in July. Last month, PriceBaba in collaboration with @OnLeaks also offered clear high-resolution images of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, revealing all in terms of design. Now, both 4G and 5G variants of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE have appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification site.

The SM-G781V, SM-G781U1_DS, and SM-G781W models are associated with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE based on different carriers such as Verizon in the US. The smartphone will launch in 4G and 5G variants depending on the market. India will most likely get the 4G version. Apart from the name and model numbers, the Bluetooth SIG certification only tells us that the upcoming device will support Bluetooth 5.0. 

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE specifications tipped so far include a 6.4-inch or 6.5-inch punch-hole AMOLED display, Snapdragon 865 chipset, up to 8GB RAM, and 512GB internal storage, and Android 10. The phone is said to come with a triple camera setup that includes a 12MP Sony IMX555 sensor. The Galaxy S20 FE is also said to house a 4,500mAh battery with fast charge support.
