So, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE launch has not been cancelled yet, we are probably looking at a delayed release. The smartphone was earlier expected to launch in August alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE specifications (rumoured)
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is said to sport a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. It could be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage that may be further expandable via a microSD card. It is likely to boot Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 custom skin out of the box and packs a 4,500mAh battery with 45W fast-charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and USB Type-C for charging.
Moving to optics, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will have triple cameras at the back, with a large primary sensor, a depth sensor and a wide-angle lens. It may have a 10MP lens in the punch-hole cutout and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The phone will be available in White, Light Violet, Light Green, and Gray colour options.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE price (expected)
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE price is said to be between KRW 700,00 and 800,000 (approx Rs 45,000 and Rs 52,000). The Indian pricing should be around similar lines, if not slightly higher. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE launch was expected in August, but we might have to wait longer if production has been hampered.
