Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra prices in India were announced earlier this month soon after the flagships made their global debut. The phones have been up for pre-booking in India with lucrative offers. Now, the South Korean giant has announced the Galaxy S21 series is now on sale all over the country via the Samsung website, Samsung Exclusive Stores, leading online portals, and offline retail outlets. Samsung says the customers buying the Galaxy S21 series will be eligible for cashback offers, benefits, and upgrade bonus. Samsung Galaxy S21 specs include the Exynos 2100 SoC, up to quad-cameras with 100x zoom, Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with 120Hz refresh rate, and Android 11 OS.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Series will be available in Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, Phantom Violet, Phantom White, Phantom Grey, and Phantom Pink colour options. Customers buying the Galaxy S21 flagships with HDFC Bank debit or credit card are entitled to a cashback of Rs 10,000 on Galaxy S21 Ultra, Rs 7,000 on the Galaxy S21 Plus, and Rs 5,000 on the vanilla Galaxy S21.

Samsung is also running an Upgrade Program, where customers can get an upgrade bonus of up to Rs 7,000 on Galaxy S21 Ultra, Rs 6,000 on Galaxy S21 Plus, and Rs 5,000 on Galaxy S21, when they exchange their old smartphone. However, users upgrading from the Galaxy S20, Note 20 series, Galaxy S10, and Note 10 series can get an upgrade bonus of Rs 10,000 on Galaxy S21 Ultra, Rs 7,000 on Galaxy S21+, and Rs 5,000 on Galaxy S21.

Customers purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro at Rs 17,990 will get 10 percent instant cashback on ICICI Bank Debit/Credit cards and EMI transactions.

Samsung Galaxy S21 series specifications

The vanilla Samsung Galaxy S21 sports a 6.2-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer, 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and 421ppi pixel density. The Galaxy S21 Plus model ships with a slightly larger 6.7-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass Victus, 120Hz refresh rate, 1300nits peak brightness, and 394 PPI. Lastly, the Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bigger 6.8-inch WQHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 515ppi pixel density, and a peak brightness of 1600nits. All the models have a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

Unlike the global models, the Samsung Galaxy S21 models in India are powered by the new Exynos 2100 chipset, with an integrated 5G modem. While the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus pack 8GB RAM and either 12GB or 256GB storage options, the Galaxy S21 Ultra has up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB native storage that isn’t expandable. The Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra are equipped with a 4,000mAh, 4,800mAh, and 5,000mAh battery, respectively. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

As for the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus have triple cameras at the back with a 12MP primary camera with OIS, a 64MP telephoto lens with 3X hybrid optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor. Both the phones have a 10MP camera on the front for selfies and video chats. The Galaxy S21 Ultra has quad-cameras at the back, comprising of a 108MP primary camera with OIS and a 10x optical “super” telephoto sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and two 10MP lenses. There is a 40MP snapper on the front for selfies. The Samsung Galaxy S21 series have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
