This week, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus US variant has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform with the model number SM-S916U. The listing reveals some key specifications, hinting at what to expect. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to debut around early 2023 and will have three models, including the standard Samsung Galaxy S23 and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

According to the Geekbench listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus is likely to boot Android 13 OS out of the box and will have 8GB RAM, but we believe there could be other options at launch. The phone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is an octa-core processor.
The primary core operates at 3.36GHz, while four cores run at 2.80Hz. The processor is paired with Adreno 740 GPU. That’s pretty much everything about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus via the Geekbench at the moment.

Earlier leaks have claimed the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus will sport a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Based on the region, the phone could be powered either by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC or Exynos 2300 chipset. Moving to optics, the Galaxy S23+ could have a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto sensor. It could have a 12MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
