Why is 1TB of memory insufficient in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra?

The main camera on the premium Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a 200MP camera module. On the one hand, this is beneficial since the better the detail, the more light captured, and so on, but there is a drawback – the size of the image. When saving a photo in JPEG format, no problems are expected, even at high resolutions, but shooting in RAW format can be different. A report by says that a 50MP RAW shot taken with the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra’s main camera on a bright sunny day is 127 MB. A 200MP image in the same format will, of course, be considerably larger.

It should be mentioned that the amount of storage space needed for photographs and videos can be managed and minimised. To free up space on the phone itself, you might use cloud storage services or backup your contents to an external hard drive.
