
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has just landed on Geekbench. 91mobiles has spotted the test result which includes the phone’s single-core and multi-core performance, as well as its key specifications like the processor, Android version and RAM size. Let’s check them out below.

The model in the test is SM-S938U which is believed to be the variant destined for the states. Here’s how the upcoming Samsung flagship has fared in the Geekbench test:
- Single core: 3069 points
- Multi-core: 9080 points

- Processor: According to the listing, the Ultra model features an octa-core Qualcomm chip with an Arm V8 instruction set, which differs from the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4‘s design. The 8 Gen 4 is rumoured to be based on the ARMv9.2-A instruction set.
Further, the chip in the test appears to have a base clock speed of 2.90 GHz and a top clock speed of 4.19 GHz. The top frequency is slower than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4’s rumoured 4.37 GHz speed. - Memory: The tested model has 12GB RAM.
- Software: It is running on Android 15. Samsung is yet to release One UI based on Android 15 to the public.
- Cameras: The rumour is that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could ship with a 200MP HP2 main camera (with a small process upgrade over the 200MP on the S24 Ultra), a 50MP ISOCELL JN3 ultrawide snapper (an upgrade from the 12MP camera on the predecessor), a 10MP 3x telephoto sensor and a 50MP 5x telephoto sensor.
- Battery and charging: From the phone’s 3C listing, we gathered it will support the same 45W charging speed as its precursor. Yeah, and the adapter will be sold separately. The underlying battery size could also remain the same at 5,000mAh.
- Design: The phone could get flatter and lighter than the S24 Ultra as per leaked renders.
- Display: On the front, we are expecting a 6.86-inch Dynamic AMOLED panel. The S24 Ultra has a 6.8-inch fascia.
