Samsung Galaxy S9 is available at discount in offline stores till October 31st, but a new offer brings down the price further for Paytm users by Rs 6,000. Apart from this, those looking to purchase last year’s Galaxy S8 smartphone can get an additional Rs 4,000 off as cashback, on top of the Rs 8,000 discount Samsung is providing on the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 offer on offline purchases gives a flat Rs 4,000 discount on the 64GB variant and Rs 5,000 off on the 128GB and 256GB storage options. Now, offline retailers are sweetening the deal for those who choose to make the payment using Paytm. Buyers simply have to pay the entire amount via Paytm and give their phone number to the retailer. After the transaction is completed, they will receive cashback of Rs 6,000 in their Paytm Wallet. This offer brings down the net effective price of the Samsung Galaxy S9 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants to Rs 42,900, Rs 44,900, and Rs 48,900, respectively.
Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB is available at a discount of Rs 8,000 in offline stores. Those paying for the smartphone using a HDFC Bank card will get additional Rs 4,000 cashback on the purchase. This brings down the effective price of the smartphone from Rs 41,990 to Rs 29,990.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S8 were available at discounted prices of Rs 42,900 and Rs 29,990 in last week’s Amazon and Flipkart sales. These offers are applicable till October 31st.
