Samsung seems to have started the development of its next flagship tablet, possibly the successor of the Galaxy Tab S6, with model numbers SM-T970 and SM-T975 corresponding to the Wi-Fi and cellular variants. While there's a possibility the South Korean brand might name it the Galaxy Tab S7, the company could decide to call it the Galaxy Tab S20 given how it changed the branding of the Galaxy S20-series this year. On close observation, it's evident that the model numbers of the tablet aren't in the SM-T8xx series as the earlier flagship tablets. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 has model number SM-T860. The significance of this isn't clear at the moment. Unfortunately, the report by Galaxy Club does not reveal much else about the tablet at the moment.

Wile not much is known about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S7, there are some obvious specifications that we expect to see such as the latest-get Snapdragon 865 SoC with 5G supports, Super AMOLED display with slim bezels and Android 10 out of the box.
Going back to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 specifications, the tablet flaunts a big 10.5-inch S-AMOLED display and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC with Adreno 640 GPU, 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. The tablet boots Android 10 with One UI 2.0 custom skin on top. It measures 244.5 x 159.5 ×5.7mm and weighs 420 grams.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 5G features a 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP snapper for video chats. The tablet features four speakers tuned by AKG and Dolby Atmos, and there is support for S-Pen. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, Galileo, USB Type-C, and POGO pin connector. A 7,040mAh battery with fast charging support fuels the tablet.
