The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series could soon be available in international markets. Although there is no information on when the device will be unveiled, the Galaxy Watch 8 has been spotted on certification websites, including the NBTC and GCF. The listings reveal the model numbers of the Galaxy Watch 8 along with a few key details. In other news, Samsung recently unveiled the features coming to One UI 8 Watch, so let’s have a look at those as well.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 model numbers revealed

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 has just been discovered on NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, Thailand) and GCF (Global Certification Forum) certification listings.
The NBTC website mentions the model number of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 as SM-L335F, while the GCF website reveals SM-L325F.

Since the model numbers vary from each other, these numbers are likely country-specific.
The NBTC certification also mentions that the device will be used for cellular mobile service, indicating LTE support on the Galaxy Watch 8. The Galaxy Watch 7 was also launched in LTE and non-LTE variants, with the latter coming at a higher selling price.

Samsung Galaxy Watch features on One UI 8 Watch

The One UI 8 Watch update will come with several health-related features. Expect these features to debut on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series:

Bedtime Guidance: This feature will analyse three days of sleep data to suggest the best bedtime and may eventually help users recover from irregular sleep with personalised tips.
Vascular Load: It will measure stress on your vascular system during sleep and then combine sleep, exercise, and stress data to guide healthier habits.
Running Coach: Running Coach will offer the ability to create custom training plans for runs, like long marathon runs. It will also rate the runner’s performance from 1 to 10 based on a 12-minute run. Users will also get real-time feedback to improve their running and prevent injuries.
Antioxidant Index: This feature measures carotenoid levels in your skin using a BioActive sensor in five seconds. Based on the data, the system will suggest the intake of antioxidant-rich foods.

The above-mentioned features may be available to older Galaxy Watches with the One UI 8 Watch release. The beta programme for One UI 8 may start shortly in South Korea and the USA for the Galaxy Watch 5 series and above.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series expected launch date

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series could be publicly unveiled alongside the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 series at the upcoming Unpacked Event, which is expected to take place in early July. These foldables have been discovered on several certification listings till now, hinting towards an imminent launch.

The Galaxy Watch 8 series may include the vanilla Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025), per a newsletter shared by Evan Blass, a renowned tipster.
