Update (August 2025): The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 debuted on August 11, 2021, and did bring S Pen support, but it was limited to special S Pen Fold Edition (case plus S Pen) and S Pen Pro models rather than a built-in slot. Samsung sold an official Flip Cover with S Pen case, similar to what early renders suggested. The Fold3 featured an under-display camera, 120Hz displays on both screens, and improved durability.

Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy Z Fold3 on August 11th at the Galaxy Unpacked event. According to various leaks and rumours, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will support S Pen and the brand will launch a case for the smartphone that will have a slot to store the stylus. However, was no confirmation regarding the S Pen support and the case. Well, that changes today. 91mobiles has now obtained renders of the Samsung S Pen case for the Galaxy Z Fold3, thanks to our sources in the industry. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 official case renders
As you can see in the images that 91Mobiles has exclusively obtained, the design of the Samsung S Pen case for the Galaxy Z Fold3 is very much similar to that of the folio cases for other smartphones. The Samsung S Pen case will clip onto the rear side of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and it extends towards the front with a flip-open cover to protect the outer display of the device.
The most important aspect of the case, however, is its S-Pen holder. It is placed on the foldable portion of the case that protects the hinge of the smartphone. The S Pen holder seems to have been made from rigid material with a smooth finish so that a user can easily remove and put back the stylus into the case. This, does, however, makes the phone look bulky.
Anyway, the Samsung S Pen Case for the Galaxy Z Fold3 seems to have been made from leather/leatherette. The images that we have obtained show that the case will be available in black colour. However, it is possible that the brand will launch the Samsung S Pen case in other colours as well. Hopefully, we will about its price as the launch of the smartphone nears.

According to the leaks and rumours that we have so far, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 will have a 6.23-inch outer display and a 7.55-inch main (foldable) display. Both the screen are expected to feature a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to have a triple-camera setup at the rear with primary, ultrawide, and telephoto lenses. For selfies, the phone is expected to have one camera on the outer display and one on the main display.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC. The phone could be offered with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. On the software side of things, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will ship with Android 11. Being a flagship smartphone from the brand, you can expect the Galaxy Z Fold3 to have all the connectivity options that we see with other flagship devices.
