Samsung is gearing up for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 launch with two official teasers out already. The latest one highlight’s the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s design and its thickness claiming it to be the “thinnest, lightest and most advanced foldable yet”. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 teaser
- In a short teaser video, Samsung showcases the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s design. It’s still a book-style foldable as expected, and the video offers a glimpse to how thin it is.
- Samsung hasn’t revealed the dimensions of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 but claims that it will be “thinnest, lightest and most advanced foldable yet”.
- This means that we can expect the foldable to be much thinner than its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, and other foldables as well.
- For context, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 measures 6.04 x 2.68 x 0.48 inches when closed and 6.04 x 5.22 x 0.22 inches when open.
Other than the teaser video, Samsung in a blog post, says that its engineers and designers have been working to refine each generation of the Galaxy Z series to be thinner, lighter and more durable than the last. This journey has said to have “reached a milestone” with the latest Galaxy Z Fold 7 model. Samsung has also been teasing an ‘Ultra’ experience with the next foldable but it’s not confirmed if this has anything to do with the naming scheme.
