Sony’s upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro is one of the much-anticipated gaming products its fans are waiting for. While the gaming console is expected to be launched this month, rumours and leaks about the device have intensified. Now, there’s speculation that the company has accidentally revealed the design of the PlayStation 5 Pro via its 30th Anniversary poster. Here are the expected details of the upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro.
Sony PS5 Pro design details (expected)
- On the official blog post, Sony announced it is celebrating 30 years of PlayStation. It also shared a poster where one can spot the alleged PlayStation 5 Pro’s design.
- If you zoom in between the “S” in the logo and the “3” in “30th,” you can spot a console that looks similar to the design of the PlayStation 5 Pro that appeared recently.
- The poster shows the gaming console with three stripes instead of just one stripe, which we have seen on the PlayStation 5 Slim.
- Though not confirmed, this has led to speculation among PlayStation fans that the console seen in the poster could be related to the upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro.
Sony PS5 Pro features (expected)
The yet-to-be-launched PlayStation 5 Pro is said to be a little thicker than the PlayStation 5 Slim, which was launched in India in April. Notably, it is anticipated to be equipped with a powerful GPU along with a faster CPU mode. As per recent reports, the CPU rendering on this upcoming gaming console might be around 45 percent faster compared to the standard PlayStation 5.
The upcoming gaming console is expected to come with an enhanced ray tracing architecture, likely offering up to three times the performance of the current PlayStation 5. While the CPU in the PlayStation 5 Pro is expected to remain the same, it is rumoured to include a new mode with an increased clock speed of 3.85GHz.
