TECNO Spark 5 smartphone, which is the successor to the Spark 4 that was launched back in September 2019, has been launched in Ghana. The budget handset has a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner to house the selfie camera and a quad-camera set up on the back that is housed in a rectangular module. The TECNO Spark 5 also ships with a 5,000mAh battery, Android 10 OS and a 6.6-inch HD+ display. The phone features a unique gradient design with grooved pattern. There is fingerprint and AI face unlock for security.

Tecno Spark 5 price is set at GHS 720 (around Rs 9,400) and the phone is available in four colour options: Misty Grey, Vacation Blue, Ice Jadeite, and Spark Orange. The handset is currently up for pre-orders in Ghana.

TECNO Spark 5 sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 1,600 X 720 pixels resolution, 90.2 percent screen-to-body ratio and punch-hole display to accommodate the selfie snapper. The handset is powered by an octa-core processor, but the chipset name has not been revealed. It packs 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card. As for the software, the TENCO Spark 5 runs on Android 10 OS with HiOS 6.1 custom skin on top. Connectivity features dual 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
Coming to the cameras, the TECNO Spark 5 features a 13MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, a 2MP macro lens and an AI camera, all on the back. The cameras are also equipped with quad-LED flash, AI bokeh mode, and HDR. On the front, there is an 8MP snapper for video chats and selfies. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and AI face unlock for security. The TECNO Spark 5 houses a 5,000mAh battery.
