Jio has silently discontinued 12 prepaid mobile recharge plans that bundle Disney+ Hotstar subscriptions. This includes plans starting from Rs 151 add-on pack to the Rs 3,119 annual recharge. Until now, you had many options to choose from Jio’s prepaid plans with up to 1 year of Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription. But now, Jio only offers two free one-year Disney+ Hotstar premium subscription plans, which are expensive ones. The company has not revealed the reason behind this move. It comes with 84 days of validity.
Besides this, Jio offers free Disney+ Hotstar on its Rs 4,199 annual recharge plan. This package offers 3GB of data and 100SMS per day, unlimited calling, and access to apps like JioTV, JioCinema, JioSecurity, and JioCloud.
