Vivo iQOO’s hands-on video and labelled image reveal price, RAM, display, camera and more

“Vivo iQOO smartphone will be reportedly available in three variants in terms of RAM and storage, and to feature Super FlashCharge facility that will charge the battery in less than 50 minutes.”

A couple of weeks back, Vivo had announced to come up with dual-brand strategy and declared its sub-brand iQOO in China. Moreover, it had also revealed that the first smartphone of iQOO will be released on March 1st, next Friday. Meanwhile, rumours are all around uncovering the specifications of the upcoming Vivo iQOO smartphone. Yesterday, the brand had teased the device on Weibo showing that its 4,000mAh battery will be fully charged in not more than 50 minutes. Apart from this, two more new leaks came out with a hands-on video from a Chinese outlet along with a labelled graphic of the device.

Talking about the battery first, the Vivo iQOO smartphone will come with 44W fast charging technology that would help the battery to charge in a short time. However, its unclear from the Weibo post whether the technology will be called Vivo Super FlashCharge or Super FlashCharge.
VivoiQOO batteryMoving on to the other leaks, the first one is a hands-on video that shows the device in two different colour – red and blue. Moreover, the close-ups of the video also showed the triple camera set up at the rear. The device will arrive with the ultra-reflective frame body that matches the reflective pattern on the back glass cover. There will be the waterdrop-shaped notch at the top and the display resolution would be 1,080 X 2,340 pixels. As per the video, the aspect ratio will be 19.5:9 and the smartphone will run FunTouch OS.

The upcoming Vivo iQOO device is said to be available in three variants: 6GB RAM/ 128GB internal storage, 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage and a 12GB RAM/ 256GB storage. There are two prices mentioned in the video. It is expectedly to come with the price tag of CNY 3,999 (approx. Rs 42,540) and the higher-end will be priced at CNY 5,999 (approx. Rs 63,800).

Another leak is the labelled graphic of the device that also revealed some more details of it. The device looks similar to the device shown on the hands-on video and shows the label for the camera, notch, battery, display and more.

There will be a USB-C port at the bottom and the optical configuration includes a triple setup of 13MP + 12MP + 2MP at the back along with a 12MP selfie shooter that is placed within the waterdrop notch.
