Vivo iQOO Neo 855 was launched back in October, and the company now seems to be gearing up to launch a new Snapdragon 855+ variant soon. The handset was recently spotted on the Android Enterprise website and on TENAA in China. Now, the handset with the same model number V1936AL is spotted on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform, corroborating with earlier leaked specifications. The listing confirms the new iQOO Neo model will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC coupled with 12GB RAM and 128GB storage, and will ship with Android 9 Pie.
Vivo iQOO Neo AnTuTu benchmark score with a Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC is 503,734. Specifications of this iQOO Neo variant is listed to include Android 9.0 Pie, a full HD+ display with 2340X1080 resolution, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. According to TENAA, it would flaunt a 6.38-inch panel and will have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The Vivo iQOO Neo 855+ will have a waterdrop notch on the front to accommodate the selfie snapper. It is said to pack a 4,420mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support and measure 159.53×75.23×8.13mm.
The upcoming Vivo iQOO Neo 855 Plus version should get the same camera specs as the previous model. This means it’ll have a 12MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the handset has a 16MP camera. Connectivity features could include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, and A-GPS with GLONASS.
