“The Vivo S1 is the debut S-series phone from the brand and is the rebranded V15 for China”
Vivo recently launched X27 and X27 Pro smartphones at an event in China. The mid-range phones flaunt notch-less AMOLED display with pop-up selfie camera, in-display fingerprint scanners, and triple rear cameras as their USPs. There were speculations that brand might also unveil its S series at the same event, however, that didn’t happen. Today, the company has gone ahead and launched the Vivo S1 as the debut S series smartphone in China.

The Vivo S1 will be made available in China starting April 1st. The company has set the price of the handset at RMB 2,298, which is roughly Rs 23,500. The company is offering the S1 in two colours – Ice Lake Blue and Pet Pink. Notably, this is just the rebranded version of the Vivo V15 (first impressions), which is already available in India for Rs 23,990.
