Vivo T3 Ultra debuted last year as a premium offering in the T-series. It is being said that the brand is silently working on a successor, presumably the Vivo T4 Ultra. In the latest development, the handset has bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification, along with another upcoming phone, the Vivo T4 Lite, which would succeed the Vivo T3 Lite. Here are the details.
Vivo T4 Ultra and T4 Lite Bluetooth SIG details
- A new Vivo phone with the model number V2504 has been spotted (via) on the Bluetooth SIG platform. This certification confirms the phone’s existence and more importantly its moniker.
- The listing confirms the marketing name Vivo T4 Ultra.
- Another Vivo phone with the model number V2509 has also appeared on the Bluetooth SIG platform, and this is confirmed to be the Vivo T4 Lite.
- It is said that the Vivo T4 Lite could be a rebrand of the iQOO Z9 Lite 5G, which launched in India last July. This is only a speculation for now.
Beyond the marketing names, the Bluetooth SIG doesn’t reveal much about the phones at the moment. However, the Vivo V2504 was spotted on the Geekbench platform back in March and was believed to be the Vivo V50 Pro, but looks like it’s actually the Vivo T4 Ultra.
The listing showed that it has managed to score 1,178 in the single-core round and 4,089 in the multi-core segment. The motherboard section mentioned ‘k6989v1_64′, which could be the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus. The source section revealed the Mali-G720 Immortalis MC12 GPU. The handset packs 8GB of RAM and boots Android 15 OS out of the box.
Like the Vivo T3 Ultra, the successor is also expected to debut in India at some point. The predecessor was launched in the country at Rs 31,999, but has received multiple price cuts and is currently available at Rs 27,999.
