[Exclusive] Vivo TWS Earphone Neo will launch in India alongside Vivo X50 series

The earphones have already been launched in China.

Vivo is all set to foray into the Indian TWS earphones market with the launch of Vivo TWS Earphone Neo. 91mobiles has learnt from retail sources that the hearables will launch in the country alongside Vivo X50 series. The latter has been listed on Flipkart, and as per our report, could make its debut by mid-July in the country. The Vivo TWS Earphone Neo, to recall, have already been launched in China. The pair tout AirPods-like design with a long stem and come in a puck-shaped charging case that promises up to 27 hours of battery life.

Vivo TWS Earphone Neo specifications

For those unaware, the Vivo TWS Earphone Neo earbuds are equipped with 14.2mm drivers, aptX Adaptive, and AAC high-definition audio. The earbuds house Bluetooth v5.2 and have DeepX audio effect for rich bass, clear voice, and treble. Vivo claims that the pair enhances gaming experience with 88ms low latency mode. There are touch controls to change tracks, play/pause music, and more on both earbuds.

Though Vivo TWS Earphone Neo work with both Android and iOS devices, it has a quick pair feature exclusive for proprietary smartphones. As for the battery life, the earphones are rated to last up to 5.5 hours on a single charge (4.2 hours with aptX Adaptive) and an additional 22 hours with the case. It charges via USB Type-C and takes 100 minutes to charge the case completely. Vivo says the earbuds can offer 2.5 hours of playback with 15 mins of fast-charging. 

Additionally, the earbuds have an IP54 rating for water resistance and dual-microphones with noise reduction. The accessory measure 33.95×18.6×16.5mm each and weigh 4.7 grams. The Vivo TWS Earphone Neo price in China is set at RMB 499 (around Rs 5,300), and it comes in White and Interstellar Blue colours.
