Vivo V11 Pro’s alleged press renders leaked ahead of official launch on September 6th

“The Vivo V11 Pro is likely to feature slim bezels and a tall display with a tiny notch up top”

Vivo is slated to launch its new mid-range offering, the V11 Pro smartphone in India on September 6th. The handset has already been subjected to multiple leaks and rumours in the past. Now, close to its launch, alleged press renders of the Vivo V11 Pro have surfaced on the interwebs, confirming the design and specs we’ve seen on previous leaks.

The images show the Vivo V11 Pro sporting the latest ‘Waterdrop’ notch on the 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of Full HD+. The panel also seems to have the in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics, just like the Vivo X21. At its core, the handset gets Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC aided by 6GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB with a dedicated microSD card slot, as per the leaked renders.

For photography, the Vivo V11 employs a 25-megapixel shooter placed on that tiny cut-out up front. It’s said to have face unlock capability and AI to enhance the results further. On the rear side, there are AI-powered dual 12MP + 5MP sensors vertically-stacked at the top-right corner, just above the LED flashlight. Apart from this, the handset is reported to feature dual-SIM support, a micro USB port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It could employ a 3,400mAh battery under the hood with dual-engine fast charging technology. Furthermore, the press renders reveal the device in two-colour options of Gold and Twilight Blue.

The leak hasn’t revealed the pricing details of the Vivo V11 Pro; however, it’s expected to cost somewhere around Rs 25,000 in India. We will have the exact numbers when the device is unveiled next week.
