The Vivo Y90, Vivo Y17, and Vivo V15 Pro prices in India have been permanently slashed. Calling it ‘Happy Diwali Dhamaka’, Vivo has slashed the prices of the handsets by up to Rs 2,000. As a result, the Vivo V15 Pro – which otherwise costs Rs 23,990 – is available at Rs 21,990. The Vivo Y17 is up for grabs at Rs 13,990 instead of 14,990, while the Vivo Y90 will set you back by Rs 6,490. This is down from its previous MOP of Rs 6,990. The Vivo price cut is applicable in both the offline and online market across the country.

Vivo V15 Pro specifications
To recall, the Vivo V15 Pro was announced earlier this year in India as the brand’s flagship smartphone. The handset comes with a pop-up selfie camera design and a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,340p) resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and an optical fingerprint scanner for biometrics. The Vivo Y17, on the other hand, ships with a 6.35-inch HD+ dewdrop notch display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC. The handset has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. There is fingerprint scanner at the back along with triple camera setup, comprising 13-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors. For selfies and video calling, the phone houses a 20-megapixel shooter on the front. The Vivo Y17 runs FunTouchOS on top of Android 9 Pie out of the box. A 5,000mAh battery with 18W Dual-Engine fast charging tech rounds off the specs sheet of the handset.

Talking about the Vivo Y90, the budget handset features a 6.22-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch up top that houses a 5-megapixel f/1.8 selfie shooter. The handset comes pre-loaded with Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 processor, aided by 2GB of RAM. The phone houses 4,030mAh battery, 32GB of user-expandable storage, an 8-megapixel primary camera, and connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, micro-USB port, dual-SIM slots, and GPS with GLONASS.
