Vivo V19 launch in India has been officially teased by the company now. This comes soon after 91mobiles exclusively reported on the V19 India variant specifications and price as well as leaked posters that revealed the phone will bring a dual punch-hole camera. Vivo has now confirmed via an official poster that the Vivo V19 model that is launching in India will indeed sport dual selfie cameras. To recall, the smartphone went official in Indonesia last week with a single punch-hole cutout. In addition the the official teaser by Vivo, 91mobiles has also spotted official posters of the smartphone in a retail store in India ahead of launch. The posters reveals the quad-camera setup at the back with LED flash. On the front, it has a pill-shaped punch-hole cutout to house dual selfie snappers and in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The poster suggests the Vivo V19 will boast ‘Super Night Selfie’ a dedicated night mode for selfies, a Super Wide angle lens and Aura Screen light, which could light up the screen as LED flash.

Vivo V19 launch in India officially teased

Vivo is yet to reveal an official launch date for the V19 in India, but we expect it to happen later this month. The official posters are in line with previous images and confirm that the V19 variant coming to India will sport dual punch-hole cameras. Additionally, the Vivo V19 India variant specifications will be slightly different to the Indonesia model.

Vivo V19 specifications

Talking about specifications, the Vivo V19 is said to come with a 6.44-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Dual iView E3 display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 409 PPI. The Indian variant will be powered by the 2.3GHz octa-core Snapdragon 712 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options. To recall, the V19 Indonesia model was launched with the Snapdragon 675 SoC. The Vivo V19 is likely to boot Android 10 OS with Funtouch OS custom skin on top. The phone is said to feature a curved glass panel on the back, as suggested by some leaked live images.

As for the optics, the Vivo V19 is said to rock quad cameras with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The dual-punch hole cameras on the front will house a 32MP primary sensor and an 8MP wide-angle lens. It is tipped to rock an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and a 4,5000mAh battery with 33W Flash charge 2.0. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and Type-C port. The handset will measure 159.64×75.04×8.5mm and weigh 186.5 grams. As for the pricing, the Vivo V19 is said to start around Rs 25,000 in India and will be available in Mystic Silver and Piano Black colour options.
