“The Vivo V19 smartphone will be launching in the first week of April, according to sources”
The Vivo V19 India launch seems to be around the corner, with leaks flying thick and fast. Now, 91mobiles has received live images of the upcoming Vivo V19 smartphone, along with information about the specifications and the release timeline. It should be noted that the variant launching in the Indian market will be different from the one that was released in Indonesia earlier this week. One of the key differences will be that the Vivo V19 India variant will be powered by the Snapdragon 712 SoC and feature dual selfie cameras in a punch-hole display, up from the Snapdragon 675 chipset and the single punch-hole panel on the Indonesia model.
Vivo V19 leaked live images
Starting with the images, the Vivo V19 will have a quad-camera setup on the back, with a dual-LED flash. One of the lenses, presumably the macro lens, will have a red ring encircling it. The aperture on the smartphone will range from f/1.8 to f/2.4, the images show. The camera setup will be placed in a rectangular housing in the top-left corner, which is similar to what we have seen on Samsung and Huawei smartphones in the recent past. The back panel seems to be quite glossy, made of either high-quality plastic or glass. Vivo branding will be located on the bottom-left corner, while the rest of the rear case will be barren. We can also notice that the Vivo V19 will feature the Power and Volume hardware keys on the right edge.
Vivo V19 specifications and launch timeline
Other than this, we have learned the Vivo V19 specifications will include the Snapdragon 712 SoC, as mentioned above. The last new bit of information we have to share is that the smartphone will be released in the first week of April, so we can expect it to launch in the next few weeks. Of course, the Vivo V19 India launch will be quite muted due to the coronavirus pandemic that has gripped the world.
As for the other features and specifications of Vivo V19, we have previously leaked a poster showing the smartphone will have dual cameras on the front. The smartphone is expected to feature a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-camera setup on the back in an L-shaped alignment. Speculations also point to a 4,500mAh battery, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and Android 10 operating system.
