- Vivo V19 India launch is set for Tuesday, May 12th
- The smartphone comes with an AMOLED display, Snapdragon 712 chipset and 48MP quad cameras
After several delays, the Vivo V19 India launch is finally happening next week. The company has confirmed that the smartphone will launch on May 12th, which is the same day as the India launch of the Honor 9X Pro and global launch of the POCO F2 Pro. To recall, Vivo was supposed to launch the V19 in India on March 26th. However, the coronavirus lockdown forced the company to postpone the launch event twice. The government has eased some restrictions this month, allowing smartphone companies to launch new products in the country. Vivo V19 key specifications include an AMOLED display, Snapdragon 712 chipset and 48MP quad cameras.
Vivo V19 expected price in India
Vivo V19 price in India is expected to start at around Rs 24,990, as per an earlier report. The phone is expected to be slightly more expensive than the Vivo V17, which launched in India at Rs 22,990. This is because of the recent hike in GST rate that has forced smartphone brands to increase the prices of smartphones in the country.
