“While the exact identity of the Vivo V1922A smartphone is unknown for now, it could have flagship-grade internals”
A mysterious Vivo phone with model number V1922A has surfaced on China’s 3C certification site. This reveals the handset might come with V3030A-CN charger with support for 44W fast charging. It is the same adapter that came with the iQOO gaming smartphone. While the exact identity of the Vivo V1922A smartphone is unknown for now, it could have flagship-grade internals going by the fast-charging support it offers. Speculations are rife that it could be the long-rumoured NEX 2 smartphone. If so, recently we’ve across an early render of the flagship showing off the front design of the Vivo NEX 2.
Furthermore, the Vivo NEX 2 render revealed the handset might pack dual-edge curved design with slim bezels on the top and bottom of the screen. It could ship with the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus and likely to run on Android 9.0 Pie. Unfortunately, the 3C certification of the Vivo V1992A doesn’t offer anything about the handset just yet, so it remains to be seen how innovative the Vivo NEX 2 would be. Another Vivo phone with model number V1916A has been spotted at China’s 3C certification website recently. The listing revealed the said phone will support 5G as well as 44W fast-charging out of the box.
Vivo recently introduced 120W Super FlashCharge technology that is claimed to charge 4,000mAh battery in under 13 minutes. It can go from 0 to 50 percent in under five minutes, which is impressive. It uses a new charge pump technology with a maximum charging power of 120W. Battery Management System (BMS) will handle balancing the charging capabilities to offers longevity. It also demoed the ‘Dual Wi-Fi Acceleration’ technology that allows users to connect to two different Wi-Fi networks at the same time for increased speed and consistency. One can hope these two useful features would find their way to the upcoming Vivo phones.
