Vivo V23 spotted on Geekbench with key specs

The Vivo V23 series will consist of the Vivo V23 Pro and Vivo V23 and will succeed the Vivo V21. The Vivo V23 Pro which is due for a January 2022 launch has now been spotted on a Geekbench listing that reveals some essential hardware details as well. The Vivo V23 Pro smartphone carries the model number V2123 (via Nashville Chatter).

The Vivo V23 Pro has been found listed on the Geekbench website with an identifier V2123. The device has been listed to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and will be running on Android 12. The Vivo V23 Pro has posted a single-core score of 679 while the multi-core performance has scored 2,707. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor will have its octa-core layout syphoned into three clusters in 1+3+4 format and will sport a base clock of 2.0GHz. The new Dimensity 1200 chipset from MediaTek will also lend the device 5G abilities.

The Vivo V23 Pro could benefit from a 120Hz OLED display and 33W fast charging. The rear multi-camera set-up was also tipped to get a 64MP main camera system. Further details on the upcoming Vivo V23 Pro are expected to surface as the launch comes nearer.
