Days after Vivo introduced its V25 Pro 5G in India; the brand is gearing up to launch another smartphone in the Vivo V25 series. Dubbed the Vivo V25 5G, the handset will be unveiled in Thailand next week. This Vivo smartphone will launch as a successor of the Vivo V23 5G, which suggests that the company is skipping the Vivo V24 series altogether. While it was initially expected to launch alongside the Pro model, Vivo was mum about the Vivo V25 5G at the event. Vivo has officially teased the Vivo V25 5G launch date on Thailand’s official Twitter handle. This tweet (in the Thai language) reads/translates: “Take portraits of your special night. to be more beautiful than ever Go with fern leaves and Vivo V25 5G. See you at the launch event on August 25th.” Interested buyers will have three colour options of Vivo V25 5G to choose from Aquamarine Blue, Sunrise Gold, and Diamond Black.

There is still no word on the Vivo V25 5G price yet.

Vivo V25 5G specifications

Vivo V25 5G specifications will reportedly include a 6.44-inch Full-HD+ display of AMOLED variety that supports a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR 10+. The handset will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. The handset could be driven by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 44W FlashCharge technology.
