In the design department, both phones have an identical body and it would be difficult to tell them apart at a glance. The Mint Green edition of the Vivo V40e and the Ganges Blue variant of the Vivo 40 have a pattern finish at the back, giving them a premium look. The other shades of both phones have a plain finish.
The Vivo V40 (review) has an IP68 rating offering protection against dust particles and making it suitable for use in rain and underwater up to 1.5m for 30 minutes. The Vivo V40 has a superior 1.2K (1260×2800) resolution than the Vivo V40e’s Full-HD+ (1080×2392) resolution, offering a clear viewing experience.
