
Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro launched in India earlier this year as successors to the Vivo X90 lineup. It looks like there will be a third model in the series, dubbed the Vivo X100s. Recent leaks have revealed the alleged specifications of the phone. Now, 91mobiles has exclusively spotted the phone on the Google Play Console listing. This reveals some key hardware details of the phone.

- The Google Play Console listing shows the Vivo X100s will bear the model number PD2309.
- The listing suggests the phone will pack 16GB RAM and boot Android 14 OS out of the box.
- The chipset details are mentioned as MediaTek MT6989, which could be associated with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC as previously rumoured.
- The chipset is paired with Mali G720 GPU for graphics.
- The Vivo X100s will pack a 1.5K FHD+ display with a 1260X2800 pixels resolution.
Previous reports claimed the Vivo X100s will feature a flat metal frame and a glass back panel. The handset will continue to retain a 1.5K display resolution and pack a 5000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The phone could also house an OLED display, and launch in Titanium, Green, Black, and White colour options.

While the company hasn’t mentioned anything about the launch timeline of the device yet, recent reports suggested that it could debut in China alongside the Vivo X Fold 4 and Vivo Pad 3 devices later this month or early next.
