The lineup includes the Vivo Y200, Vivo Y200 GT, and Vivo Y200t and they come with a large 6,000mAh battery, Android 14 OS, and up to 80W fast charging support. The Vivo Y200 GT marks the first time a ‘GT’ version has entered the Y series and is the premium model. It features a leather back panel design, 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits.

Vivo Y200 is priced at RMB 1,599 (approx Rs 18,410) for the 8GB/128GB model, RMB 1,699 (around Rs 19,600) for the 8GB/256GB model, RMB 1,999 (around Rs 23,000) for the 12GB/256GB version, and RMB 2,299 (approx Rs 26,500) for the 12GB/512GB variant.

Vivo Y200 GT runs on Android 14-based Origin OS 4 custom skin out of the box. In terms of optic, the phone has a 50MP primary camera with f/1.79 aperture, OIS, LED flash and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP Samsung S5K3P9 selfie snapper. The phone houses an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, stereo speakers, and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The phone packs a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

What are the upgrades from the Vivo Y100 series?
The Vivo Y200 brings the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, which is an upgrade from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC from the Vivo Y100 5G. They both come with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. We get upgrades in terms of cameras too. The 64MP OmniVision OV64B sensor is replaced with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor. This should offer results in real-time. The battery and fast charging are also upgraded from a 5000mAh battery + 44W fast charging to a 6,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging.
On the other hand, the Vivo Y200t brings a larger 6.7-inch display compared to the 6.64-inch panel on the Vivo Y100t. The chipset is also replaced from Dimensity 8200 to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. However, the fast charging speed is bumped down to 44W fast charging from 120W but the battery capacity is increased from 5,000mAh to 6,000mAh cell. The Vivo Y100t featured a 64MP camera but the Y200t brings a 50MP. The 16MP selfie shooter on the front is trimmed down to 8MP.
