Vivo Y3 Standard Edition is now officially launched in China. It is an variant of the original Vivo Y3 that was launched back in May 2019. Unlike the earlier variant, the new Vivo Y3 Standard Edition comes with a Snapdragon processor and dual-rear camera setup. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock support for security. The Vivo Y3 Standard Edition’s power button can also be used to trigger the Jovi AI voice assistant and there’s also a Game Magic Box for gaming sessions. The handset also comes with a dedicated microSD card slot for memory expansion.

Vivo Y3 Standard Edition price
The Vivo Y3 Standard Edition comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage and is priced at RMB 999 (around Rs 10,100). It is available in Ink Blue and Jake Red colour options via Vivo’s China website.

In terms of optics, the Vivo Y3 standard Edition packs a dual-camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary lens. On the front, there is an 8MP snapper for selfies and video chats. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock. A 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support keeps the lights on. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, MicroUSB and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 159.43 × 76.77 × 8.92mm and weighs 191.5 grams.
