“Vivo Z1 Pro is expected to pack 6.53-inch full HD+ display, Snapdragon 710 SoC, and up to 6GB RAM”
Vivo is gearing up to launch the Z1 Pro mid-range smartphone in India soon. The company has been revealing newer details about the phone through a series of teasers on its official website. Though a launch date is not revealed yet, it shouldn’t be long before the company makes the handset official. It is already confirmed to come with Snapdragon 712 SoC, a 32MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000mAh battery. Now, ahead of the launch, IndianExpress Online, in a YouTube video revealed specifications of the phone in all its glory. The Vivo Z1 Pro is expected to pack a 6.53-inch full-HD+ LCD punch-hole display and will reportedly be offered in three variants.
Furthermore, the Vivo Z1 Pro is confirmed to rock triple rear cameras with a 16MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary shooter and a 2MP depth unit for portrait shots. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with FunTouch OS 9.0 custom skin on top with ‘Multi Turbo’ technology. The Vivo Z1 Pro has been tipped to come in three variants — 4GB RAM + 64GB, 6GB RAM + 64GB, and 6GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage that should be further expandable via microSD card. The 5,000mAh battery will get 18W fast charging support as well but packs a micro-USB port instead. While it offers a nearly edge-to-edge design, there is a sizeable chin at the bottom.
The 3.5mm audio jack, micro-USB port and speaker grill are placed on the bottom. The volume rockers and power button are present on the right side. There is an extra button on the left, presumably a Google Assistant button. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. At this point, only the pricing and availability details remain a mystery, but we should know more when the phone launches in the next few days.
