3 Reasons To Buy,
3 Reason To Skip iQOO Z9 5G

Bright and attractive display

The iQOO Z9 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It has 1,800 nits of peak brightness is also SGS-certified for Eye Care Display. It gets bright enough and offers an excellent media consumption experience too.

Really good performance

The iQOO Z9 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. It performs better than its competitors in benchmarks and the same reflects in world usage too. You can run graphic intensive games on high settings.

Good battery life and Fast Charging

The iQOO Z9 5G has a 5,000mAh battery. It scores 15 hours and 40 minutes in the PC Mark battery test which translates to an all-day battery life with moderate to heavy usage. It also supports 44W fast charging and takes a little over an hour to fully charge from 0-100 percent.

ONLY 2 MAJOR ANDROID UPDATES

The iQOO Z9 5G runs on FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14. Unfortunately, the company promises only 2 major OS updates which means that the device will only be updated to Android 16. Other devices in this price range are offering 3 major OS updates.

LACKS ULTRA-WIDE CAMERA

The iQOO Z9 5G features a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP camera for depth information. Sadly, it does not have an ultra-wide sensor which would have been useful to capture photos with a larger FOV.

LOTS OF PRE-INSTALLED APPS

The iQOO Z9 5G runs on FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14. Another drawback of FuntouchOS is that apart from iQOO and Google apps, it has a lot of other pre-installed apps. Fortunately, you can uninstall most of these apps.
