Realme Narzo 70 5g review in 10 points

design

The Realme Narzo 70 5G has a dual tone back panel in matte and glossy finish. Then there's the circular camera module that protrudes a little but still doesn't cause any wobbling issues. It also only weighs 188 grams and is comfortable in-hand.

display

The Realme Narzo 70 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000nits peak brightness. It gets plenty bright outdoors has a great contrast ratio too. And the thin bezels elevate the media viewing experience further.

rear camera

At the rear, the Realme Narzo 70 5G has a 50MP+2MP dual camera setup. It does a good job at capturing details, however, the skin tones aren't accurate. Apart from that, the camera manages to capture good photos even in low lighting conditions.

front camera

The Realme Narzo 70 5G has a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calling. It takes good pictures in optimal lighting conditions but the same cannot be said in low-light scenarios. Even the details or the edge detection aren't great.

performance

The MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC powers the Realme Narzo 70 5G. Everything from the benchmark scores, daily usage to gaming performance are one of the best in the segment and you won't encounter any major performance issues.

software

The Realme Narzo 70 5G runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. There are several pre-installed apps which clutter the UI. But, the software is also loaded with a bunch of useful features like Split View, Quick Launch, etc.

battery

The Realme Narzo 70 5G houses a 5,000mAh battery that managed to last almost 15 hours in the PCMark battery test, which is decent. During our testing, it offered up to 7 hours of screen-on-time in daily usage.

charging

The Realme Narzo 70 5G supports 45W charging and the charger is provided in the box. It takes around 52 minutes to charge the device from 20-100%.

verdict

The Realme Narzo 70 5G has a great OLED display that gets plenty bright, one of the best processors in the segment, a reliable rear camera, decent battery life and fast charging too. It is a great overall device in its segment and certainly worth considering.
