The Tata Punch EV is expected to sit between, the Tigor EV and Nexon EV Prime based on company's new ALFA platform and the speculated range is of 250KM to 300KM per charge.

If the rumours are true, we can expect the Tata Punch EV to make its debut by the third quarter of 2023. Once launched, Tata will have a total of 4 EVs, Tiago EV, Tigor EV, Nexon EV and Punch EV.

Additional features
Just like the ICE version, we expect the EV to feature, touchscreen infotainment system with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Most of the other features of the Tata Punch will be carried over to its EV version as well.

Expected price
Tata Punch EV has to fit in the small gap left by Tata Tiago EV and the entry level Tata Nexon EV Prime. Hence, it is expected to be priced anywhere from Rs 10 to Rs 13 lakh ex-showroom based on the powertrain options.
