WhatsApp will stop working on these devices from November 1st: see if your phone is on the list

Facebook-owned instant messaging app WhatsApp has announced that smartphones running an older version of Android and iOS will stop supporting the chat app from November 1st. This change would be affecting a huge number of users as several devices still run the old version of the operating system. Starting November 1st, devices running Android 4.0.3 or lower and iOS 9 or older won’t be compatible with WhatsApp. Here’s the full list of devices that will be incompatible with WhatsApp from next month.
