Xiaomi is reportedly in the works to launch a new Xiaomi 12S series soon in the Chinese market. The Xiaomi 12S family will include the vanilla Xiaomi 12S and the Xiaomi 12S Pro. While the brand has not yet revealed anything about the Xiaomi 12S series, a series of leaks has emerged, which suggest the key specifications and features of the device. In a recent turn of events, the Xiaomi 12S Pro has been spotted on the Chinese 3C certification authority website, which has revealed its fast charging capabilities. Let’s take a look.
Xiaomi 12S Pro to feature 67W fast charging
As seen in the 3C certification image above, the Xiaomi 12S Pro (with the model number Xiaomi 2207122MC) will feature 67W fast charging (20VDC, 6.2A). As per 3C, the Xiaomi 12S Pro will be a 5G handset, which should not come as a surprise anyway.

Sadly enough, this is all that the 3C certification tells us about the Xiaomi 12S Pro. That said, earlier leaks suggest that the device will feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED display. Powering the device is said to be a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. Coming to the software, the Xiaomi 12S Pro is tipped to boot Android 12-based MIUI 13 skin out of the box.
In terms of cameras, the Xiaomi 12S Pro is said to sport a 64MP main camera, a 16MP secondary camera, and an 8MP tertiary camera. Lastly, the device is tipped to come with a 4,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.
