Xiaomi 14’s 3C listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, revealed the handset would come with 90W fast charging support and will have 5G network support.
In comparison, the Xiaomi 13 offered just 67W fast charging.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra camera details (expected)

According to DigitalChatStation, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will have a new 1-inch Sony LYT900 primary sensor.
The Sony LYT900 is an optimised version of Sony IMX9898, which is present on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
The primary sensor will be paired with three 50MP sensors, two of which are tipped to have 3x and 5x zoom lenses. The other one could be an ultra-wide-angle lens.
The 3x camera is claimed to support telephoto macro similar to the Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Furthermore, the tipster claims the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is tipped to feature a 2K quad-curved display with a punch-hole cutout.
