Xiaomi has scheduled an event for February 25th where it will be launching the Xiaomi 14 series. The lineup could include the standard Xiaomi 14 and probably Xiaomi 14 Ultra. This will arrive as a successor to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and recent leaks have revealed quite a bit. Now, while we wait for the announcement, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra high-resolution images have surfaced online, courtesy of MySmartPrice.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra renders leak online
- Xiaomi 14 Ultra renders shared by MySmartPrice show the complete design and possibly the colour options.
- The flagship can be seen in Black and White/Silver colour options.
- On the front, you have a tiny punch-hole cutout at the centre to house the selfie shooter.
- The phone will also have extremely narrow bezels to offer a full-screen experience on the front with no black bars.
- The Xiaomi 14 Ultra also seem to have flat edges but with subtle curves on the side, which indicates a possibility of a 2.5D quad-micro curve display.
- There is a large circular module on the back panel and this houses quad-cameras powered by Leica and two LED flash cutouts. The circular ring has a gold-coloured casing around it.
- The camera module has a sizeable bump compared to the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
- The volume rocker and power button are on the right side.
- The phone could have a leather finish, with the black colour having a textured finish which makes the leather finish more prominent.
- The side frame of the phone appears to have a metal chassis and the back panel has curved edges for better grip on hands.
- The USB Type-C port, speaker vents, SIM tray section, and the primary microphone are at the bottom. There is another speaker vent on the top.
- We don’t see an IR blaster on the top but it is unlikely that the brand will debut the phone without this feature.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is expected to launch in India as well as it has received the BIS certification.

- Display: The Ultra model could get a 6.7-inch QHD+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display with an under-screen fingerprint reader.
- Processor: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno GPU for graphics.
- RAM/storage: 16GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB/ 1TB storage.
- Cameras: 50MP Sony LYT900 primary camera, a 50MP 3.2x telephoto sensor, a 50MP 5x telephoto and a 50MP ultrawide snapper. There could be a 32MP sensor on the front.
- Software: Android 14-based HyperOS.
- Battery: 5,300mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging speed.
