Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra specifications and prices were announced at MWC 2025 in Barcelona on Sunday. The series will be coming to India too but its pricing and availability details will be announced on March 11th. The latest Xiaomi flagships succeed the Xiaomi 14 series and are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. They also feature Leica-branded cameras, up to 6000mAh battery, and HyperOS 2 with HyperAI, among other things.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi 15 price, availability
- Xiaomi 15 Ultra is priced at EUR 1,499 (Rs 1,36,041 approx) for the single variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
- Xiaomi 15 is also available in a single variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and it’s priced ar EUR 999 (Rs 90,664 approx).
- The Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Legend Edition is priced at EUR 199 (Rs 18,060 approx).

Xiaomi 15 Ultra specifications
- Display: Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a 6.73-inch AMOLED micro-curved 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,200 nits of peak brightness, and support for HDR 10+, Dolby Vision. It also features an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and Xiaomi Ceramic Glass protection 2.0.
- Processor: It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, same as the other models in the series.
- Cameras: Xiaomi 15 Ultra has a quad-camera setup with a 200MP Leica periscope lens, a 50MP Leica primary lens, a 50MP Leica telephoto lens with OIS, and a 50MP Leica ultra-wide camera. For selfies, it houses a 32MP front camera.
- Software: It runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2 out-of-the-box.
- AI features: The Xiaomi 15 series comes with HyperAI, a suite of AI features that includes AI Dynamic Wallpapers, AI Search, AI Gesture Reactions, AI Art, AI Subtitles, AI Writing, and AI Speech Recognition, to name a few. The phones also get Google Gemini baked in.
- Battery, charging: Xiaomi 15 Ultra packs a 5,410mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging capabilities. This is smaller than the Chinese variant, which has a 6,000mAh cell.
- Other features: The new Xiaomi flagship also comes with an IP68 dust and water resistance, Dolby Atmos stereo dual speakers, NFC, and 5G.

- Software: On the software front, Xiaomi 15 runs HyperOS 2.0 with Android 15 layered on top.

- Other features: With the Xiaomi 15, you also get an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Xiaomi 15 series: what’s new?
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra comes with an upgraded chipset, and a bigger battery compared to its predecessor, the 14 Ultra. Xiaomi has also added a 200MP periscope lens on the 15 Ultra, which is a major upgrade over the 14 Ultra’s 50MP periscope lens.
The Xiaomi 15 also comes with the latest chipset and a bigger battery in comparison to the Xiaomi 14. There’s also a small design change with the LED flash now sitting outside the square camera module. Xiaomi 15 also houses a new telephoto lens for improved focus range compared to the previous model.
