Xiaomi 15S Pro and Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro flagships have launched in China. The former is a new model in the Xiaomi 15 lineup and also marks the return of the S-series models after the Xiaomi 12S from 2022. The Xiaomi 15S introduces the in-house XRING 01 3nm chipset and is claimed to offer premium performance with an impressive claimed score of around 3 million on AnTuTu. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro succeeds the Civi 4 Pro and ships with the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
Xiaomi 15S Pro and Civi 5 Pro prices in China
- Xiaomi 15S Pro price starts at CNY 5,499 (around Rs 65,400) for the 16GB + 512GB model.
- The handset arrives in Sky Blue and Dragonscale Fiber version (translated) colours.
- Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro comes at CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 35,800) for the 12GB + 512GB.
- The handset can be purchased in Nebula Purple, Ice American, Cherry Blossom Pink, White, and Black shades.
- The phones are already on sale in China via the brand’s website.

- Display: The Xiaomi 15S Pro sports a 6.73-inch micro-curved 2K AMOLED display with 3,200 X 1,440 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, 3,200 nits peak brightness, wet touch, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0.
- Processor: Powering the 15S Pro is the in-house Xiaomi XRING 01 3nm SoC with Immortalis-G925 GPU for graphics. The chipset is fabricated on the TSMC N3E node, the same as MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400. This suggests Xiaomi’s chipset should deliver a performance output similar to the MediaTek chip.
- Memory: The Xiaomi 15S Pro is equipped with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.
- OS: Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 custom skin out of the box.
- Cameras: The Xiaomi 15S Pro features Leica optics, with a 50MP Light Fusion 900 primary sensor, a 50MP Leica ultra-wide angle lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. It has a 32MP sensor on the front for selfies.
