“Xiaomi is reportedly working on a budget Mi series smartphone”
A couple of weeks ago, a mysterious Xiaomi smartphone carrying the model number M1903C3GG was certified by the Federal Communications Commission. The listing revealed a few details regarding the handset’s specifications. Now, the same smartphone model has received certification in Europe by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The latest certification hasn’t revealed much about the feature of this particular smartphone. However, it mentions that this device will be part of the brand’s Mi series handsets. With the “RU0000040517”, the certification was published earlier today. Since the company has received certifications from two major regulatory authorities for this phone, we can expect it to be released very soon.
As per the earlier FCC certification, the Xiaomi M1903C3GG will be a dual-SIM smartphone. The 4G-enabled phone will have support for Wi-Fi 2.4GHz bands and Bluetooth 4.2. Unfortunately, no other details about this handset are available at the moment.
Since the Xiaomi M1903C3GG doesn’t offer support for dual-band Wi-Fi and the latest Bluetooth version, we expect that it will be a budget smartphone. We will bring you more details regarding this device as soon as anything new pops up on the interwebs, so stay tuned.
