The Xiaomi Mi 10 India launch event saw the company unveil the first true Mi-branded flagship smartphone in over two years. The Mi 10 specifications and other hardware details were already known thanks to the global availability of the smartphone. For those unaware, the Mi 10 specifications include a 6-67-inch curved AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 865 SoC, 8GB RAM, up to 256GB RAM, and a 20MP selfie camera. On the back, the smartphone gets a quad-camera setup with 108MP + 13MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors. There’s also a 4,780mAh battery with 30W wired as well as wireless charging as well as 10W reverse wireless charging. As for the Mi 10 price in India, the smartphone will cost Rs 49,999 and Rs 54,999 for the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants, respectively. The company hasn’t revealed the launch date yet but pre-orders start today at 2pm on Amazon.
Apart from the flagship smartphone, the company also launched the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 and the Mi Box S devices at the event. The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 is the company’s first TWS earphones in India, priced at Rs 4,499; the earbuds will be available at Rs 3,999 between May 12th and May 17th. The earbuds will be up for sale via Mi.com, Amazon.in, and Mi Home stores starting 12pm on May 12th. As for the Mi Box 4K, priced at Rs 3,499, it is a set-top box that can turn your non-smart TV to a smart TV to stream Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube etc. and has Chromecast built-in.
