Xiaomi has launched a ‘full-screen’ Mi TV series and a 65-inch Mural TV or ART TV at an event in China. The latest full-frame Mi TV E series models come in 32-inch, 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch display sizes and feature ultra-narrow bezels, full-screen design, and a Bluetooth-powered remote control that can also be operated using voice commands. The 65-inch Mural TV comes with a 4K display, far-field microphones for better voice controls, and is just 13.9mm in thickness.

Xiaomi Mi TV E series, Mural TV prices

Mi 32-inch TV

The 32-inch Mi TV E series model is priced at RMB 1,099 (around Rs 11,500) and the 43-inch model costs RMB 1,999 ( around Rs 20,700). The 55-model is priced at RMB 2,999 (around Rs 31,100) while the 65-inch display model costs RMB 3,999 (around Rs 41,500). The 65-inch Mural TV is relatively expensive and is priced at RMB 6,999 (around Rs 72,600). All the models are available for pre-orders in China starting today.

Xiaomi Mi TV E series, Mural TV specifications

The Mi TV E32, as the name suggests, sports a 32-inch display with 1,366 × 768 pixels resolutions, 178-degree viewing angles, and 60Hz refresh rate. The TV is powered by the quad-core 64-bit processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 4GB flash storage. It has support for 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Infrared, and comes with two 6W speakers. The 43-inch model comes with full-HD (1,920 × 1,080 pixels) resolution display with 1GB RAM and 8GB flash storage. It features double 8W stereo speakers and DTS- HD audio decoding. 

Mi 32-inch TV

The 55-inch and 65-inch Mi TVs come with a 4K display with HDR support, 3,840 × 2,160 pixels resolution, and 178-degree viewing angles. Both the TVs are powered by the 64-bit quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage. These have support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and infrared. The TV comes with two 8W speakers and support for Dolby Audio, DTS-HD audio double decoding. All the TVs run on Patchwall OS, the company’s custom skin for televisions built on top of Android.

Mi 65-inch TV

Lastly, the 65-inch Mural TV features a picture frame mode and AI voice assistant for hands-free voice controls. Similar to Samsung’s The Wall, this TV is being promoted as a television that can be used as a piece of art thanks to its inconspicuous design and thickness of just 13.9mm. It can show not only artwork but also personal photos, family portraits, etc. The Xiaomi ART TV sports a 65-inch 4K display with HDR support and 3,840×2,160 pixels resolution. It comes with a soundbar and subwoofer bundle and far-field microphones for better voice controls. The TV is powered by the 1.8GHz quad-core processor with Mali-T830 750MHz, 2GB RAM, and 32GB onboard storage. There is support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and infrared onboard. The TV comes with two 12W speakers and support for Dolby Audio, DTS- HD audio double decoding.
