Redmi K30 Ultra and Mi 10 Ultra will not launch globally, Xiaomi confirms

Redmi K30 Ultra and Mi 10 Ultra come with some exciting specifications at affordable prices, which makes it all the more disappointing that they won't be launching globally

Highlights
  • Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra will be restricted to China and won’t debut globally
  • The handsets will not be rebranded under the company’s POCO line-up as well

Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra flagships were unveiled at an event in China yesterday. The former ships with 120x zoom and 120W fast-charging support, while the latter comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 1000+ SoC and 5G connectivity. These are high-end phones with exciting specifications at affordable prices, particularly the Redmi K30 Ultra. Unfortunately, it looks like the Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra will be restricted to China and are not going to be released globally, a Xiaomi executive told GSMArena. The handsets will not be rebranded under the POCO brand as well. Considering what the flagships offer for the asking price, it’s a shame that these devices will be limited to China.
